Sororoca Penca Nut Pods, commonly known as Sora Pods, are native to Brazil. These pods feature large open pockets that are naturally occurring. The pods are flexible, allowing them to hold larger nuts or biscuits. The Sora nut pods are great for holding paste-type food sources as well. Our replicas are made from strong, food-safe, and impact-resistant materials. Molded from dried specimens, they retain all the detail of the original pods. These are intrinsically tinted to keep vibrant colors after rigorous use and cleanings. The pods are roughly 3 1/2 inches long. The internal chambers are approximately 2 inches long. The stem section is approximately 12 inches long. The stem and portions of the pods have poly rope internally cast to provide strength. As each enrichment is hand-cast and tinted, color may vary slightly.
